Copyright and Moral Rights Notice

The Copyright and Moral Rights for all images contained in the Photography Art Cafe galleries belong to Josh Austin. All images in the Photography Art Cafe galleries are registered with the UK Copyright Service. The UK Copyright Service provides worldwide protection against copyright infringement.

Copying, duplication or reproduction of any image by Josh Austin contained in the Photography Art Cafe galleries, for commercial or personal use, is prohibited and constitutes infringement of copyright.

Reselling or redistributing any images contained in the Photography Art Cafe galleries is expressly forbidden and constitutes an infringement of copyright.

As the creator of all images in the Photography Art Cafe galleries, Josh Austin reserves the Moral Rights to them. These include the right of attribution.

It is an infringement of Moral Rights to alter or distort any image from these galleries.

Purchasing and Returns Policy

All purchases from Photography Art Cafe are processed on the understanding that you have read and accepted the above Copyright/Moral Rights notice.

Returns Policy:

Every effort is made to be sure that you are happy with the fine art prints, canvases and cards that you buy from Photography Art Cafe.

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied when your item(s) arrive, you may return it and receive a full refund, or exchange it for a new one.

1. To receive a full refund / make an exchange, please return your item(s) within thirty days of purchase in its/their original shipping container(s).

2. If you are returning an item because it arrived in faulty condition, please let me know about this immediately.

3. Neither I nor my printers/framers, Riviere Publishing, can be held responsible for items lost in the post.

4. On receipt of returned items, I will issue a full refund if they are in a resellable condition.

5. It is advisable to choose a fast postal service for the return of items, to ensure their safe delivery.

6. Postage costs will be refunded only if your item arrived in faulty condition.

7. Refunds will be delivered through PayPal, who will provide you with a confirmation email on completion of the transaction.

8. If you are exchanging an item, you will receive the replacement within 10 days - UK, 15 days - outside the UK.
