As a regular buyer and receiver of photo gifts of all varieties, I think I can offer you some handy advice in this area!
There's been an explosion of photography products, magazines, books and personalized printing services in the last few years. So I'll share my experiences and try to steer you towards the best stuff out there.
Struggling to come up with ideas for gifts for photographers? It's not always easy, but I've put together a bunch of tips and suggestions to help you get the ideas flowing!
As for personalized photo gifts - I have to admit I've become slightly addicted to a few of the best online photo printing services. It started with cards, but now has spiralled into calendars, mugs, photo books and posters! I'm really keen to share where I get them printed with you.

Posters and photography art prints make great presents too. You can get really nicely produced, fine art quality reproductions made quite cheaply now. Certain places have excellent customization features for the mounting and framing. I tend to use 2 or 3 places the most, and sometimes splash out on a special print from Magnum.

I was given a gift subscription to Digital Photo magazine when I first began to really enjoy photography. It was a brilliant introduction to the whole world of photography and I'm still a subscriber. I've since discovered several other brilliant mags that I want to tell you about. Plus, take a look at the reviews of the best photography books in my library.

As photo gifts go, a really stunning collection of images by a great photographer is up there with the best of them.
Scott Kelby has a knack for keeping things simple and is as good a tutor for beginner photographers as I can think of.
