This is an agreement that must be accepted by anyone wishing to provide articles for www.photography-art-cafe.com. Before submitting your first article you must have read and assented to each of the following points.

Content is provided for www.photography-art-cafe.com on the understanding that all copyright is handed over to Josh Austin and Photography Art Cafe on receipt of payment for the work. (You still receive credit as the author)
As a contributor to Photography Art Cafe, you understand it is imperative that, on no account, must your work be plagiarized from another source (online or offline).

You understand that it is illegal to steal other people's intellectual property, and that, even after receiving payment for an article and handing over copyright, you will always be held responsible for the theft and deliberate deception of Photography Art Cafe, should complaints surface at a later date.

The definition of plagiarism encompasses reworking / 're-hashing' of an existing source. Any work for which you have been paid, which later is discovered to have been plagiarized, will have the fee returned in full to Josh Austin and Photography Art Cafe.
Content authors will never reproduce/republish work initially provided for Photography Art Cafe in any other context. Duplicating content, especially online, will harm the reputation and revenue of Photography Art Cafe.
Content authors are happy for their work to be edited before publication on www.photography-art-cafe.com. This is so that it matches the style of the site, and is satisfactorily optimised for search engines.

Payment

A payment of $45 (£30) will be made for each article written for www.photography-art-cafe.com.
Payment is contingent on the article meeting the following standards: 600 - 900 words in length; accurate facts and descriptions of products; basically satisfactory grammar and spelling; 100% original content.
Content authors will be paid on receipt/acceptance of the work. Articles are to be submitted via the form provided.
Payment will be made via PayPal (the most secure form of online payment).
